Job Description

ShareForce is a provider of managed talent acquisition services for Europe’s leading digital companies.  The ShareForce Academy is dedicated to developing the Talent Acquisition Specialists of the future, providing the foundation training and broad ranging experiences for aspiring TA’s.  The Trainee Talent Acquisition Specialist is an exciting opportunity for graduates and / or experienced professionals to develop the foundation skills to support a future career in talent acquisition. 
 
Programme Overview 
This 6-month training programme consists of 3rd party training (REC Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing), hands-on training, technical training, job shadowing and live client delivery experiences.  Successful trainees will be offered a permanent role as a ShareForce Talent Acquisition Specialist and will continue their education by completing the (REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice).  On completion, the successful trainee can expect to have the foundation skills and abilities to execute the following responsibilities: 
  • Working with ShareForce Talent Partners to stand up talent pipelines for clients. 
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing engaging content in a range of media including our website, job boards and social media channels. 
  • Finding the best candidates across a broad range of jobs by networking, headhunting on LinkedIn, writing engaging job adverts, and applying influencing skills. 
  • Engaging candidates to enlighten them about client opportunities and align them with individual ambitions and career aspirations.
  • Manage a portfolio of candidates in specialist technical disciplines to develop valuable, long-lasting relationships and gain industry insights. 
  • Reviewing / appraising candidate applications to create longlists and shortlists. 
  • Scheduling candidate telephone and face to face interviews with clients. 
  • Managing and coaching candidates to help them excel at interview. 
  • Developing professional networks and building a personal talent brand on LinkedIn. 
  • Attending client meetings to gather recruitment requirements, discuss service delivery matters and build / maintain strong relationships.

Additional Information 
  • Salary (during training):  £22k per annum
  • Salary (post training): £25k + commission + bonus + private medical + pension. 
  • Location:  London Bridge (4 Days per week onsite)
