Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Project Managers to lead the implementation of enterprise-scale D365 solutions. Working closely with client business teams and consulting colleagues, the Senior Project Manager controls the definition, scope, budget, project plan and commercial success of engagements throughout the delivery life-cycle. This is a senior position taking accountability for the complete solution delivery lifecycle, alongside the leadership of internal capability from a project and delivery perspective. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Commercially managing the solution implementation lifecycle of major global ERP programmes from pre-sales and bid management through to discovery, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation review 
  • Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client 
  • Pragmatically offering delivery leadership experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to provide functional insight and thought-leadership 
  • Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues 
  • Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction 
  • Leading and supporting blended teams of colleagues, client and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery ethic 
Required Skills and Experiences:
  • Full lifecycle ERP project management experience, from initial opportunity through to requirement development / definition, functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management 
  • Project Management experience with a consulting / IT services environment 
  • A developed appreciation for modern ERP & CRM solutions such as Microsoft D365 CE, F&O & HR
  • Appreciation for integration and de-coupling of legacy ‘best of breed’ solutions 
  • Industry recognised Project Management skills and certifications including Prince, PMI and PMP 
  • Strong appreciation for Agile ways of working
  • Excellent commercial management and negotiation skills 
  • Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests 
  • Commercial experience of running a team 
Additional Information:
  • Salary Information: Basic salary £70,000- £95,000 + bonus/benefits dependent on experience 
  • Location: Home based role but candidates must be willing to travel for the purposes of meeting clients and collaborating with colleagues as required
