Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to play a key role in the global expansion of a leading subscription commerce company.  We are looking for a strong regional leader to help build the marketing strategy and team in Europe.  The successful candidate will be a highly experienced SaaS marketer, used to working in a global software company to drive regional success.
 
Candidate Profile
  • The right candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with executional chops, you love to be close to the customer and work to build and translate an awesome in-market strategy. You love marketing, data, partnering with sales and pushing the status quo. You will create and execute a regional marketing strategy that support our EMEA sales team, building out new business and growing our existing customer base. 
  • You are highly collaborative, and will be working across multiple stakeholders, both within and outside of the marketing team. You will be supported by global functions of Product Marketing, Brand Comms, Design and the rest of the Demand Generation team.  The campaigns you develop will have a highly targeted mix of events, webinars, ABM, digital, brand and more. You should be adept at developing integrated campaigns and optimising. 
  • You are a leader and builder, excited about the opportunity to help us create our GTM motion in EMEA. You have experience working with a global company and can eventually lead a local team to scale.
Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Work alongside the local leadership team to build and execute an integrated GTM strategy focused on both new and existing customer growth 
  • Work across sales, product and marketing to ensure alignment and clarity of strategy and process as we scale 
  • Define, execute and optimise regional campaigns to support brand, product and vertical market strategies working to achieve target market KPIs (impressions, attendees, MQLs, Pipeline, Revenue)
  • Manage local agencies, partners, vendors and budgets to execute strategies, managing performance and terms 
  • Drive localisation of sales enablement and be the voice of EMEA within marketing prioritisation discussions 
  • Manage and support regional channel and partner marketing activities 
  • Represent the marketing team locally and help the EMEA team align with overall goals and priorities 
  • Provide and participate in regular reporting, offering insights and optimisation recommendations 
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with expertise in marketing across different functional areas including field marketing, email marketing, events and account-based marketing
  • Experience in building marketing plans and GTM strategy 
  • Experience in Marketo, Salesforce 
  • Strong communicator - both written and verbal, English fluency a must, additional languages preferred  
  • Candidates based in Sweden or UK preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience working across multiple European regions and developing locally-sensitive strategies that align with global standards 
  • Ambitious, highly motivated to growth - we will be scaling this team and looking for a strong lead 
  • Capacity to manage a budget that delivers returns throughout a region
  • The ability to leverage data and make sound decisions based on analytics 
  • Working experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketo
  • Very strong organisational and written/verbal communication skills, ability to work as part of a distributed virtual team based in the US

  • Salary Offered: £100k - £110k + Bonus (10%)
