This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Business Analyst to join a fast growing Business Analysis practice, and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of strategic
business architecture initiatives for organisations across the UK. The Business Architecture-focussed Business Analyst will take a lead role in high-profile projects, leveraging their expertise to align business processes with digital transformation and achieve impactful, quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include: - Taking a holistic approach in delivering hands-on business analysis services in major digital transformation programmes across public and private sector clients.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, document, and validate business processes, problems, and needs, ensuring alignment with the organisation's business architecture.
- Take an active role in early stage solution design, working closely with Project Managers, Solutions Architects and development teams to design effective solutions that align with the business architecture and meet strategic business needs.
- Actively involve in coaching and mentoring Business Analysts, fostering a business architecture mindset both in-house and on the client side.
- Apply an agile mindset to all aspects of work and have a flexible approach to allow rapid and effective delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technology, sharing specific knowledge of Government Digital Service Standards and business architecture practices within the Practice and wider organization.
- Work closely with the Head of Change Management to drive the growth of the Business Analysis function, sharing knowledge and best practice across the organisation.
Skills/Experience Profile: - Circa 5 yrs+ Business Analysis experience, with considerable time in a professional services environment.
- Strong customer facing experience, engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and documenting business requirements aligned with business architecture principles.
- Experience working closely with User Centred Design, understanding user needs and documenting business requirements.
- Extensive experience in public sector environments with a deep appreciation for Government Digital Standards and working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong track record working on complex technology transformation programs and within agile frameworks.
- Desirable experience and knowledge in delivering Microsoft technologies.
- Self-starter and proactive consultant, keen to take on a new challenge in a changing environment with a roll your sleeves up approach.
Additional Information: - Salary: £55k - £70k (based on experience) with excellent bonus + benefits.
- UK based role - Consultants are expected to travel to client site as required.
