Job Description

We are looking for experienced software / SaaS sales professionals of a new business orientation to develop the US market for a worldwide leader in Workday-based SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will work in a territory leadership role focused on generating sales for a suite of unique SaaS solutions that offer significant benefits against a very clear business case.
  • Prospecting via a multichannel approach and identifying high value opportunities to nurture and target potential clients
  • Working with the internal sales development function to develop and execute new business leads through lead generation activities
  • Facilitating discovery sessions with clients to gain appreciation for their environment and challenges
  • Facilitating demonstrations of the solutions at a technical level and offering suggestions for best practice and attainment
  • Assessing customers' needs and explaining how our SaaS product suite can satisfy those needs
  • Ownership of the full sales lifecycle from Qualify to Closed
  • Develop/plan your sales strategy and effectively position the SaaS product suite 
  • Develop, maintain and grow relationships with Workday
  • Manage multiple, concurrent deal cycles, while maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Reporting sales performance, and sales pipeline to the Business Development Director
  • Provide support for marketing activities and events  
  • Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, navigating through the procurement process and completing contracts
Required Skills / Experience:
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present to all organization levels   
  • A successful 5-year track record of multi-year enterprise SaaS or Software Sales accompanied by a proven record of hitting targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • Significant experience in customer facing roles
  • Previous delivery of interactive presentations / demonstration
  • Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region
  • Strong academic background - degree level / equivalent
