Job Description

This is an opportunity for 3 experienced Account Executives to be the first salespeople in Europe and lead the subscription revolution!  Backed by AKKR, with over 250 clients already in EMEA, it’s a True Unicorn in all senses of the word.  Successful candidates will draw on their significant experience to drive the European revenues for this fast-growing firm.  We are looking for strategic and enthusiastic sales leaders who can drive sales success at the enterprise level across European markets.
 
What you will be doing
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive new business sales in EMEA
  • Create plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Establish new relationships with senior execs and decision makers
  • Join Sales and Marketing member at industry events across EMEA
  • Build new relationships through your own outbound efforts, assisted by the SDR team
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product, technology, competitors, and industry trends
  • Be able to provide a tailored, value driven presentation and demonstration to meet the challenges of our clients
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to drive to drive improvement across all areas
  • Collaborate with US and global teams across all departments to create deal teams
Who we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role
  • Experience in Selling SaaS; Martech, Adtech or Fintech
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to drive EMEA growth
  • Extensive use of MEDDIC and a data driven sales approach
  • The art and craft of relationship building at exec level
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Specialisation in one of the following E-Learning, Publishing, D2C, Streaming, IOT
  • Proven experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management and selling to multiple constituents in the same cycle
  • The ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle
  • Expert level verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience

  • Salary Offered: £75k - £100k on Experience / 100% Commission
  • Benefits:  25 Days annual leave, private medical, pension and other benefits
