We’re looking for a commercially minded Client Principal to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth through the delivery of ethical, impactful AI and data solutions. You’ll shape clients’ AI visions, align internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of programmes that make a measurable difference.
Key Responsibilities - Own and grow key client accounts, developing strategic plans that align with client goals and unlock commercial value.
- Build strong relationships across all business levels – from C-suite to technical and operational leaders.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen client engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and data-led transformation.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met with quality execution.
- Contribute to the development of account management practices and internal capability.
Skills & Experience - Proven experience in professional services, engaging with senior, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong track record in account leadership, business development, and delivering AI/data solutions.
- Ability to shape client strategy, scope impactful work, and lead collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, concise client-facing materials.
- Experience with pricing and commercial management of professional services.
- Desirable: Experience developing strategic account growth plans.
Additional Details - Location: Hybrid, with client-site travel as required
- Salary: £85,000–£90,000 + incentive plan + excellent benefits
