A contract opportunity for an experienced
Azure AI Engineer, with demonstrable experience designing, building and implementing AI solutions for customers, at the forefront of MS Azure AI technologies. The succesful candidate will have 3+ years commercial experience and enjoy working as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities: - Take an active role in the design, development and delivery of enterprise grade AI solutions harnessing the best of Cognitive AI Services.
- Help clients realise the potential of artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and scaled data processing within Azure ecosystem.
- Take ownership for the delivery of core solution components
- Explore and analyse data from various sources and formats using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Machine Learning
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and customers using tools such as Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, and Azure Cognitive Services
- Design and develop advanced AI-led solutions utilising Microsoft Azure AI services such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure Open AI, Speech, Language, Vision
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and present solutions to customer sponsors
Technical Skills / Experience: - Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with Data Visualisation, Databricks ML Flow, storytelling tools and techniques
- Experience with one or more generative AI and LLM frameworks and tools, such as GPT-3, DALL-E, CLIP, or others
- Experience with Vector Databases (Any of Azure AI Search, Databricks Vector Search, Redis, Choma DB, QDrant or Pinecone)
- Experience with RAG Architectures and Embedding models
- Proficient in Python, C#, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis and machine learning
- A background in data science or data engineering
- Excellent communication skills
Additional Information: - Day rate: Up to £550/day
- IR35: Outside
- Contract Duration: 3 months (significant opportunity for extension)
- Location: Hybrid with 1 day a week onsite in London / Herts
