We're looking for an experienced
Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure smooth delivery across complex digital and technology programmes. You'll act as the key interface between clients, delivery teams, and commercial operations - driving quality, mitigating risk, and maintaining a high standard of service performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationships: Build trusted, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across multiple programmes.
- Delivery Oversight: Monitor delivery performance against KPIs, budgets, and milestones; manage risks and dependencies.
- Commercial Control: Support contract management, track scope and change, and provide accurate financial reporting inputs.
- Governance: Lead client and internal review meetings, ensuring issues, actions, and opportunities are clearly tracked.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback, resolve delivery challenges, and drive service enhancements.
- Bid Support: Contribute insights to proposals, resource planning, and delivery models.
Skills / Experience Profile - Proven experience managing commercially driven accounts in digital, data, or tech-enabled environments.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating governance forums.
- Strong grasp of contract, delivery, and financial management fundamentals.
- Experience in public sector, defence, or regulated industries desirable.
- Understanding of Agile/Waterfall approaches and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm approach under pressure.
